Childsafe Associates have over 30 years experience of working in the field of assessing both alleged and convicted sexual offenders.Childsafe is led by Professor David Middleton who was the Head of Sex Offender Programmes and Policy in the National Offender Management Service before leaving the Ministry of Justice in 2006 to found Childsafe Associates.Other associates are brought in for specific projects such as delivery of specialist training to Probation, Police and other Child Protection Services.
